Cool out & rehydrate with this tasty treat during the next hot spell. Pineapple, melon, papaya, lemon & lime are fruits that clear summer heat. The ginger & cardamom help our digestion of the increased quantity of Cool, Damp foods & fluids we consume during the hot weather.

Other foods that help with the heat include barley, quinoa, corn, mung (beans, sprouts or silver thread, translucent noodles), soy sprouts, lentils, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, jicama, white mushrooms, zucchini, summer squash, and winter melon.

This new program is a great opportunity to gradually ease yourself into sharing with others the fundamental form of Eight Treasures Qigong.  The training consists of 3 Levels of Learning and Practice and 3 Levels of Teacher Training & Exam. Certification is given for each Level.

January to June 2019: Learning & Practice: Tuesday evening classes (two series of 8 weeks) or Saturday morning Intensives (6 Saturdays); Teacher Training Level I, Saturday June 15.
